Actress Margo Martindale is most famous for her portrayal of Mags Bennett on Justified, for which she earned a Primetime Emmy Award and a Critics’ Choice Television Award. Her other notable works include The Good Wife, August: Osage County, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Born in Jacksonville, Texas, on July 18, 1951, to William Everett and Margaret Martindale, Margo is the youngest of three children. Her siblings are Billy and Bobby Tim Martindale. She is a 1969 graduate of Jacksonville High School. She attended Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, Texas. She also attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Since 1986, she has been married to musician Bill Boals. Together they have one daughter, Margaret Boals.
